To help educate our customers on products and selection, Weld Specialty is now offering training courses on everything from welding theory and processes to helping set up a good welding program. Quality and expertise is critical when it comes to educating our customers on safety and product knowledge. Making critical choices is not always easy and understanding the importance of deciding how to reduce costs or the proper use of welding products are just a few of the items when this comes to mind. Our training courses are specifically designed to each topic and can be customized to your needs. We will be offering our own in-house training at our Milwaukee location once a month on a different topic each month. Weld Specialty is also proud to bring the classroom to you, offering customized training at your location for your staff and operators on topics that you may feel the need for improvement.
“The class was incredibly informative. I had/have a very basic knowledge of welding and how each of the variables affects weld quality. Learning about gas selection and how each gas interacts differently and can help or hinder a weld was eye opening. I would love to learn how exactly welding works, for example, how the wire interacts with electricity and the gases to become liquid. Being able to take the binder with the reading materials is also very helpful.”
“It was very informative. I got a lot out of it. I look forward to the Quality class.”
“I thought that was a great event. I would attend many more like this!”
“I thought the presentation was well made. And the instructors were very knowledgeable about welding. The ISO vs AWS was the most interesting. I personally got a lot out of the class and felt it was time well spent.”
“Great presentation, very informative and helpful. The binders they provided with the manuals, PowerPoint, etc. will be very useful.”
“I enjoyed the presentation. While much of it was a refresher for me, I was pleased with the depth they went into with gas and hardware options. I was able to learn quite a few things there.”
